Financial arrangements are made prior to the start of treatment. Our practice facilitator has worked with hundreds of patients over the years. He will review fees with you and answer questions about payments and insurance.

Payments

We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We extend a 5% courtesy for cash payment in full.

Monthly Payment Plans

For monthly and interest-free payment options you can click on any of the credit links below for information or to qualify online. Some of our patients find making monthly payments through electronic debit from their checking or savings accounts is a convenient and easy option. Applications for direct debit may be obtained at the Smile Center.

Insurance

We handle claims submission and insurance billing. We are Participating Network Providers (PPO) with many area dental plans and unions.

The Smile Center Plan (Individual or Family) is our in-house discount plan offered to patients without other outside dental insurance.
